Environmental association Ecologistas en Acción has launched a bitter attack on property rights groups, calling them "delinquents" and "offenders" for applying pressure to legalise their homes. In a statement this week, Ecologistas said: "Associations such as SOHA ... are succeeding in introducing themselves into the spheres of political power to achieve a total amnesty for homes that were built illegally."
