The Government website states that UK nationals who moved to the EU on or after January 1, 2021, should not expect to use NHS services for free when visiting the UK. A Department of Health and Social Care spokesperson told Express.co.uk: "The NHS is free at the point of use for UK residents"
 
...according to Oliver Heslop of Global Expatriate Tax Services, there is some "wonderful" news for Britons who want to collect their state pension while living in another EU country. ..."...on Christmas Eve, a deal was struck to safeguard ... persons who are migrating in early 2021 and in the future". ... Regardless of which member state Britons have chosen to migrate to, they will be entitled to their entire UK pension as well as any future inflationary benefits. ... The law, however, does not apply just to foreigners who have reached retirement age. Working-age Britons who move abroad today, according to Mr Heslop, will benefit from whatever UK pension they recevie.
 
El abogado del Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea ha cargado ... contra la obligación española de declarar mediante un formulario algunos bienes y derechos situados en el extranjero. Las conclusiones de este profesional no vinculan al Tribunal de Justicia, pero su veredicto suele influir en la decisión final del TJUE. El modelo 720 es una medida establecida en 2012 y que la Comisión Europea ha llevado ante la justicia.

BRITISH expats living in Spain have expressed outrage and fury over vaccine plans detailed by Grant Shapps. The plans meant those vaccinated in Spain will still need to quarantine when travelling to the UK
 
After the outrage from British expats following the news that new quarantine exemption doesn’t apply to those vaccinated outside the UK, a digital petition has been created... The petition ... needs to reach 100,000 in order to be considered for debate in the House of Commons.
