El 23,8% de las viviendas compradas en la Región de Murcia en 2023 fueron adquiridas por extranjeros, lo que sitúa a la comunidad como la cuarta con mayor volumen de todo el país, según datos del 'Anuario 2023 de la Estadística Registral Inmobiliaria' del Colegio de Registradores.
